- A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is secured.
- Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment. Late arrivals may shorten your session or result in cancellation.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may be charged at 50% to 100% of the service fee.
- Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused services.
- Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.
