IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT

Your safety is paramount to us and we are sure you will agree that due to current circumstances with regards to COVID-19 we need to operate with enhanced procedures to minimise risks to clients and team members. We therefore kindly ask you to abide by the following steps for your safety and the safety of others:

• You must adhere to social distancing except for 1 to 1 treatments

• You must attend the appointment on your own (no children, family, friends or pets)

• Markings on the floor show client no-go areas, you must not enter these

• No beverages will be served but you can bring your own

• No Newspapers or Magazines will be available

• On entering the salon you must stop at the STOP Wait Here sign

• You will be given a non-touch Temperature Test. If you have a high temperature or you are not feeling well, you will be asked not to enter the salon and will need to rebook for another day

• You will be asked to sanitise your hands and be issued with PPE which you must wear throughout your visit

• You must also confirm that you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms and feel well

• You will be asked to reply to a health questionnaire by email prior to your visit
